Hi,
I’m trying to add new fields or edit the basic fields of the contact form in this post and it seams something is going wrong… It let me insert the shortcode but when I try to edit the pop up doesn’t get the options to do any thing, only the close cross apears up right…http://www.bigsouth.es/evento/carnaval-swing-toledo
I need some help on this, no idea on what to do
Thanks in advanceJanuary 10, 2018 at 3:50 am #895489Hey thecompanybe,
Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

January 10, 2018 at 10:14 am #895567Hello, just an update, as you get into the event you will see there is already a form working (we need it working) the way I have done it is crating a form inside a post and then copy/paste it into the event.
This made me think there is something wrong with the events plugin, anyway if you can check it I will be really thankfulJanuary 10, 2018 at 1:07 pm #895640Hi,
I was able to login and see your event with the shortcode added to the text body, but I’m not sure what you mean by a popup. The event seems editable, and I received no popups. Can you include a screenshot of the error you are receiving and explain what you can not edit?Best regards,
Mike -
