    Hi Team,

    After installation of the template the media libary is not working.
    I reinstalled the theme on another server and i’ve got the same problem.

    Then i disabled all plugins, but got the same problem.

    Changing the logo > not working
    Adding images drag & drop > not working
    Adding images upload > not working

    Hi,

    Thanks for the login details. I can’t see any problems on my end, uploading an image works fine, and setting it as the logo as well. How can we reproduce the problem you are seeing on your end?

    HI,

    1 I was able to change the logo, however it is not shown on the website

    2 When i go to the media library i get this error in the console.
    Uncaught TypeError: _.all is not a function

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

    We cannot reproduce the issue on our end. We provided a link to the image that we uploaded in the media library just recently. Have you tried using a different browser or device?

    Hi Ismael,

    The problem seems to be around Chrome. in FF it works.

    Now Chrome is the most popular browser. So the team will have problems..

    Can you check at the error please:
    I googled this error and it has to do with either jquery noconflict or something else js related.

    Hi,

    We actually uploaded the image above using Chrome on MacOS and we didn’t encounter the same errors. Are you on a Windows machine? Please update the theme to version 4.9.2.1.

    He Guys i was able to to finish a lot. However there is now 1 problem with the sidebar
    Problem
    The sidebar for blogs and pages are the same.
    I can live with that.

    However I can’t assign a recent post widget to either on of the pages.

    Admin/FTP details are the same.

    i’ve added the widgets to every sidebar and they are not shown. You recognize them with the title test area

    Hi,

    The Sidebar Pages widget area is currently blank, which is why pages only display the default page navigation. You can add more widgets to it in the Appearance > Widgets panel. (see private field)

    If you have any additional questions at this time we kindly ask that you open them up in a separate thread. The longer threads get in the forum, they become more difficult to support as they tend to drift off topic and they also make it troublesome for users trying to search for solutions. Keeping threads relevant to their original inquiry ensures that we can keep better track of what has been resolved and that users can more effectively find answers to similar issues they might be experiencing.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the clarification.

    You may need to update the theme from 4.9.2 to version 4.9.2.1 to fix the issue with the sidebar.
