Hi
i dont know if its a theme issue, or woocommerce or germanized – so i adress all of you.The issue happened to many users with a MacOS on a Safari-browser:
– Choose any product from maskenzauber.com/masken-shop/
– click on “In den Warenkorb”
Result: No error, no warning, it looks as if the product has been added to the basket but if you open the basket its emptyMaren

That is expected unless visitors accept essential cookies as Enfold deletes all cookies until they are accepted including WooCommerce cookies.
If you want to automatically accept WooCommerce cookies needed for cart without accepting cookies, currently it is not possible but we are going to add another option “Accept essential cookies on pageload, user must opt in for other cookies.” in upcoming version.

I will aks my customers if they had cookies accepted or not to verify if it was a cookie-thing or something else
M.January 24, 2020 at 4:02 pm #1178155Hi there, I’ve just had a customer complain about the same thing. She was using Windows 10 and Chrome browser. Every time she added a product to the basket, when she went on the basket there was nothing there. I’ve updated to the Enfold 4.7.2 yesterday. She had accepted Cookies.

@kesdeg If they accepted cookies prior to adding products to cart, they should not have such issue. But if they added items to cart and then accepted cookies, cart would be reset.As i mentioned above, we are going to add a new option “Accept essential cookies on pageload, user must opt in for other cookies.” in upcoming version.

Weird as I’ve got it set to accept cookies on first page before being able to move on. So, they had accepted cookies before the shopping experience. I’m still trying to troubleshoot why they had this issue. They tried several different desktop computers and got the same problem each time. They cleared their cache and even created a user account. When ever they clicked on the button ‘View Basket’ or ‘Checkout’, the chosen item disappeared. A little mystified by the problem??January 24, 2020 at 4:51 pm #1178177Hi,
