Hello I Cant add product categories to the main menu, the new categories i just created are not showing up in menu options, how to fix this?

hi, yes I have added a test product to one of the product categories and I still do not see an option to add product categories to my main menu, here is the screenshot https://snag.gy/Z8V4Pg.jpg . what should i do? my other websites with enfold do not have this problem
