    I wanted to add an icon I did (https://www.dropbox.com/s/t6o1pwzmh8uumck/jameda.svg?dl=0) to fontello. I downloaded the generated zip file and tried to upload it to the Iconfont Manager, but there always accurs this error:

    Couldn’t add the font.
    The script returned the following error:

    Wasn’t able to create temp folder

    Where is the temp folder located that I can change the rights to 777?

    Hey x06designs!

    Have you tried de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps?
    If you do not mind, please post a temporary admin login here privately so we can look into it.

    I only use the “Font Awesome 4 Menus” Plugin, but after deactivating it, the fontello upload of the Jameda icon doesn’t work either.
    I’ve seen, that with the fontello uploader, I can also get access to the font-awesome icons, but if I place an icon at the widget area (like the phone and the envelope) the icons had a big margin area which I can’t remove, so they were not in line with the text after them. That’s why I installed the Font Awesome plugin to use icons there.

    And I have another problem: I can’t make a new line (neither in the visual area with the enter button, nor with < br > or & nbsp;) in the Avia Layout Architekt text block. After saving my changes, the new lines are deleted.

    I made you a test account, so you can check these issues.

    Hi!

    Try navigating to /wp-content/uploads/avia_fonts and then set that directory to 777 permissions (temporarily) and try uploading it again.

    If it still does not work then try contacting your hosting provider and let them know your having trouble with a PHP script trying to create a directory to see what they say.

    And how about the “new-line” Problem?

    Hey!

    WordPress auto paragraphs the text in the editor then remove unnecessary tags. Use the separator or white space shortcode if you want to create spaces between the paragraphs. Add it via shortcode wand.
