    Hello,
    I’ve uploaded an icon collection from Flaticon. But when I try to insert the icon I get an error:
    “Couldn’t add the font because the server didn’t respond.
    Please reload the page, then try again”
    I’ve done it and I’ve checked that the .ZIP file has been uploaded in my wp-content/uploads/ folder
    The permissions of the FTP folder and the .ZIP file are both 755
    Can you check why I’m not able to install the icons?

    Hey Empatica,
    It looks like your “mycollection.zip” doesn’t contain any icon fonts, only “svg” files
    Enfold Support 6215
    you need to convert these at fontello.com
