I just backed up my entire site through filezilla to a file on my Mac. After backing up, when trying to log-in I get a message saying, “Sorry but you do not have the correct permissions to install the BB Press Forum Software plugin. Contact the administrator of this site for help on getting the plugin installed.”
Now I can’t access the site for editing on any computer.
What to do?
