Hi,
I am unable to access my pages in the WordPress Dashboard to edit them. I have spent several days working with the host, and they say it is the theme causing this issue. Would you be able to take a look, please, and offer any suggestions? Login data is below. Also, I don’t know if this has anything to do with it, but Enfold needs to be updated, but when I check manually it doesn’t show an update available…
Thank you!

Thank you for the inquiry.
The site is actually using a very old version of the theme, 4.6.1, which is probably why the auto-update is not working. The latest version is now 4.8.9.1, which is available from your Themeforest account. You may need to manually update the theme via FTP this once. Please check this documentation for more info on how to manually update the theme.

IsmaelFebruary 17, 2022 at 5:57 pm #1341212Hi, Ismael,
I was able to update the theme. Unfortunately, though, this doesn’t fix my issue that the host says is the theme. While I can add a new page, when I try to go to pages to update one of them, I can’t get there. Any help would be most appreciated.
Thanks so much!

Thank you for the info.
Did you purge the Litespeed cache and disabled the Enfold > Performance > File Compression settings after upgrading the theme? Doing this will ensure that latest scripts and stylesheets are loaded. If the issue persists, please enable the error logs and set the installation to debug mode so that we can check for errors.

I did that so you should be able to look now.
Thank you,
JustineFebruary 20, 2022 at 5:14 pm #1341511Hi,
Thank you for your patience and for the login, I found by deactivating your plugins that this was caused by the Yoast SEO plugin giving the error for the All Pages backend pageERR_INCOMPLETE_CHUNKED_ENCODING
curiosity, not Posts, Portfolio Items, Media, etc. only Pages?
I tried to disable each option in Yoast one at a time to find the cause but didn’t, I note that your site is not using https so I wonder if this is relevant, do you plan on adding https?Best regards,
