Cant access forums

Hi there,

I went to look at the forums and noticed a message at the bottom saying my theme license has expired? I thought once we made a purchase we’d have access to the forum for life? Is this not the case/is this something new that has happened?

Hi David,

We recently implemented a check to see if our users have valid support licenses, since it’s a requirement from Themeforest/Envato. Your theme license is valid for life, but support is not. If you need to renew your support period, then please refer to this: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/207886473-Extending-and-Renewing-Item-Support

Gotcha, well that’s unfortunate cause while I was looking for an solution to a problem I was facing I came across a post that I knew how to fix and was going to post how I fixed it but that’s when I ran into that message.
