    Hi,
    Ive had Enfold a few years now and today I noticed I can’t access anything on my website. No pages are visible in the adminpanel and I can’t access the Enfold theme. It only says that my website is having technical difficulties.
    I have no idea what to do? I’m not that used to working with wordpress so when I tried googling I didn’t understand anything of the answes on this topic so please explain to me like I’m a complete beginner…

    Hey magenta764,

    Thank you for using Enfold.

    The site is probably using an old version of the theme and so you have to upgrade it to v4.5.7.

    Once you’re on the wp-content > themes directory, delete the current “enfold” folder before uploading the latest version to avoid file conflicts.

    You may have to upgrade WordPress too, after. The latest version is 5.2.1.
