Hi,
I can’t access my menu via Appearance any more. I’m getting an error message:
/home4/akmimrp/public_html/stagingarea/2013168/wp-includes/formatting.php on line 584
I’ve deactivated all plugins and still no luck.
Could you please log into my Admin panel and let me know how to fix this problem?
WP V3.9, Enfold V2.6.4. I’ve created a Child Theme for all my customizations.Login access to follow
Thanks

Thank you for visiting the support forum!
Did you add any unusual html codes or anything on the menu items? I can access some of the menus but not the PrimaryNavigationMenu. Please try to recreate the menu from scratch.
Best regards,
IsmaelApril 21, 2014 at 4:38 pm #253910Hi Ismael,
I still can’t access my menu. This is what I’ve done so far:
- Cleared my browser cache (Twice)
- Tried to access menu in FF (V28), IE (V11), Chrome (V34) and Opera (V20) on WIN 7 and 8.1
- Tried in FF and Safari (Current versions) on MAC
I keep getting the same error message. See screen capture
I haven’t added any HTML or anything else to my menu. The strange part is that the menu is visible just fine on the frontend. I can’t recreate my Primary Menu since I can’t access it anymore.
I could try copying a fresh version of formatting.php and see if that solves my problem. Not sure what that will do though. Any ideas?

Please re-install wordpress and Enfold 2.6.4 via ftp. Just upload all wordpress files (you can download the zip here: http://wordpress.org/download/ ) via ftp and overwrite all existing files. Then navigate to wp-content/themes/enfold and update the theme files: https://vimeo.com/channels/aviathemes/67209750
Cheers!
