I have an Enfold support question.
My client hired me as his new webmaster. We need support for his Enfold WordPress site. His previous webmaster purchased the theme so he doesn’t have the User, PW or purchase code.
I suggested my client purchase the theme again. A fresh start would provide him with an account and support. He did.
Having purchsed an account, he’s having no luck logging in. He’s not getting adequate help to resolve it. Ulai at Envato gave him advise that hasn’t worked.
He’s about to demand a refund, and if that fails, planning to reverse the credit card charge for failure to receive the product.
He’s getting him REALLY frustrated. He needs me to fix things that really require theme support. Can you help?

I search username and email you shared in our database however your client does not seem to be registered on our support forum. Maybe they tried logging in with their Envato account credentials which would not work.
Please ask purchase code from your client and use it to register to our support forum – https://kriesi.at/support/register/. After registration, you can start new threads under Enfold sub forum whenever you have a question or an issue :)

Hi Lisa,
If you want to ask for a refund the you would have to go through Envato as they handle all sales related matters for us. We are happy to approve it on our end once we get it.
I would try to get access to the account first though, as that is likely the easiest way of dealing with your problem.
