    Hi.

    I have just change new domain provider and now I can’t save changes in Theme Options I get this error

    Saving didn’t work
    Please reload the page and try again.

    I know that this problem has in other topic but I do not konw the Solution. Please help

    Enfold version 4.8.6.2
    Wordpress Version 5.8.1

    same problem here … tried reinstalling the theme, deactivating less important plugins, database cleaning with wp-optimize. nothing helped.
    Saving is only possible the first time after opening the editor and changing once some data.
    (changing the theme helped for saving the site)
    what could I try next?

    Hi ttphotography_dk,

    Thanks for that. I see that your server is returning a 403 error (forbidden) on the file in private, when trying to save the theme options. Could you try reaching out to your hosting provider to see if they know why the server is responding with that error message please?
