I have two separate pages, the homepage and the /reviews page that have different content on them. However, the same youtube video needs to go on both pages. My understanding about SEO is that I’d need to use the rel=”canonical” attribute for one of the youtube links demonstrating that one is preferred over the other so that Google or Bing doesn’t choose the wrong one. However, I cannot find a way to add rel=”canonical” in the Media Element > Video fields provided by Avia Layout Builder. Is there a way to add rel=”canonical” to one of the videos?
Hi Reputation123!
Try right clicking your page and view the source and copy of the HTML for the video and then paste that inside a codeblock element in your page content. You should be able to add the rel tag in then.

Oh ok, got it, “Code Block” element, I didn’t see that one to use before.
