    Why i cannot upload the vedio directly to the site by media upload tool.
    The error is 404.3 – Not Found.

    What is the size of that video? Maybe it is over the upload limitation.
    If that’s the case, I’d advise against self-hosting anyway. Videos of this size slow down your site and the loading process enormously.
