    Hi,
    I want to import new icons into my theme. I have tried to use Fontello and uploaded the zip file but I got a message:

    “Couldn’t add the font because the server didn’t respond. Please reload the page and try it again.”

    I get the same error every time.

    I really would like to get it working. Can you give me a hand?

    Could you please check with your hosting provider?
    It does seem that it is an issue from there!

    Thanks for getting back to me. I solved this issue in cPanel by activating the zip extension from the PHP selector.
