    Hi: I have tried a couple of times and ways to upload a fontello font. Get the same error each time.

    “Couldn’t add the font because the server didn’t respond”

    I’ve searched your forum and found a previous response instructing to unzip the font then zip the “font” folder within the extracted zip file, then upload that. This did not work either.

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    Where can we see the issue? Please provide the link in the private field. Meanwhile, try to check if PHP ZipArchive extension is enabled.

    Good Morning:

    Okay, I went into the hosting account and added the PHP ZipArchive extension and tried again, but it did not solve the problem. I’m just trying to install a paw print, one font from Fontello. I will place info in private content as you asked.

    I just moved this website to a new location/server – now I am able to add a fontello font – don’t know what was wrong with other one, but all set now. Thank you,
