    I received an email to download the Enfold theme update which I did. I extracted the file and using FTP overwrote the enfold folder with the new theme update. Now I get an error message when I visit the web site: Fatal error: Can’t use function return value in write context in /home/…./public_html/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/php/shortcode-parser.class.php on line 2556.
    I am using the Enfold Child them called Enfold Child. Luckily I managed to download a backup of the enfold theme folder. Deleted the enfold folder and re-instated the old version (version 4.2). Can you help me to do the update please?

    Thanks for contacting us and sorry that you had issues.

    Could you please try replacing public_html/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/php/shortcode-parser.class.php file with this one – https://www.dropbox.com/s/ld5iiaivyaspw50/shortcode-parser.class.php?dl=0 via FTP and check if that helps?

    Thank you for your reply. I have just uploaded all the enfold files inside your latest update Ver 4.2.2 and this has worked just fine.
