    Hello, i cant edit any pages or create any updates to company website because Avia Layout Builder gets stuck with spinning wheel.

    When I tried updating to new wordpress and the theme I got an error message and crashed my website due to an error in shortcodes, please adivse.

    URGENT.

    Hey NAIMexico,

    Thank you for using Enfold.

    The site is using a very old version of the theme which is not compatible with the latest release of WordPress. Please upgrade the theme from version 3.0.4 to version 4.4.1. You may need to reconfigure some of the theme options because a lot has changed since. Please update the theme regularly.

    I did! and my website stopped working, I updated both WordPress and the Theme.

    Thats why I wrote you guys.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the feedback. What exactly do you mean by stopped working? What exactly happened? You might need to delete the old theme folder completely from the server and then upload the new version after that. If you want to have your production site safe while updating then I would suggest to perform the update on a staging site first.
