    Hi Support,
    I cannot update the Enfold Theme. I am getting this error.
    The update process is starting. This process may take a while on some hosts, so please be patient.

    Enabling Maintenance mode…

    Updating Theme Enfold (1/1)
    Downloading update from …
    An error occurred while updating Enfold: Download failed. A valid URL was not provided.

    This is licensed so I’m not sure what is going on. Can you please help?

    Hi,
    Thank you for the FTP access, I have updated your site by renaming your current theme to “enfold-old” then I uploaded the new “enfold” and checked that your site is working correctly. Please also check for yourself.
    Once you are happy you, (or I) can delete the “enfold-old” via ftp, (not the WP theme page)
    Should for some reason you wish to roll-back to the old version, it’s easy to do, simply rename the new “enfold” to “enfold-new” via ftp and then rename “enfold-old” to “enfold” then refresh your page.
