    Hi there,

    We are having a crippling issue where we cannot edit our pages. When we edit a page, the preview appears correctly to reflect changes, then when we go to update the changes are reverted and we only get a page which says “-1”.

    The Google developer console in chrome displays the error: “Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘match’ of undefined.” when we try to update.

    We have tried disabling caching, disabling plugins, reverting to an older version of WordPress (we are running 4.5.2 and reverted to 4.4.3), disabling various services from our host all unsuccessfully.

    Looking for help to see why this error may be happening when trying to save pieces of the visual editor.

    Hey miovision,

    Sorry for the issues you are having.

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    Login credentials include:

    • the URL to the login screen
    • a valid username (with full administration capabilities)
    • as well as a password for that username.

    Hi!

    Please reuplaod enfold from FTP and do the same with WordPress.
    After – clear your cache and disable all the plugins.
    That will do fix your issue, if not, we are still her :-)
