    Hello

    Our Website was running with an old version of Enfold (versiopn3.0.4) and wordpress (version 4.4.x). After upgrading the WordPress to 4.5.3, the Enfold menue disappeared from the dashboard and therefore I cannot update the Enfold theme anymore from the dashboard.

    Do you have a procedure for doing the update of Enfold from 3.0.4 to the latest version without using the dashboard of WordPress?

    Hi Rikard

    Thx for your reply. Unfortunately this did not fix my Problem.

    After doing the upgrade manually via ftp following the guidelines in the video it is still not possible to edit existing pages. When trying to l edit a page I only get the waiting wheel icon…. And still the Enfold settings in the dashboard are not visible.

    Do you have any recommendations? Is it possible to remove the theme and to reinnstall it withou loosing the content of the existing pages?

    Hi,

    We need to take a closer look at this issue Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    Login credentials include:

    • The URL to the login screen.
    • A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
    • As well as a password for that username.
    • permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

    Sorry for my late response.

    I succedded to Upgrade manually. After the installation (Enfold 3.6.1, WP 4.5.3), the option sidebar was still not visible in the WP-Dashboard.

    Finally I found the problem! There seems to be an incompatibility with the “shortcode exec php” plugin.
    After deactivation of the plugin, the Enfold Options sidebar appears again in the WP-Dashboard!
