    Hi:

    I can’t seem to update Enfold to the latest version on one of my sites. I have updated through WordPress and, since that didn’t work, uploaded newest version of the theme directly via FTP, but to no avail. In the backend of WordPress, in Enfold Theme Options, it still says:

    Update Available!
    A new Version (4.2.3) of your Theme is available! You are using Version 4.0.5.
    Do you want to update?

    And I have tried several times, it still says this.. any ideas?

    Hey Eleina_Shinn,
    Can you please include a admin login and ftp access in the private content area so we can take a closer look.
    If you include your copy of Enfold v4.2.3 in a dropbox link we could try for you, please make a backup of your site.

    Yes, login for wp and ftp access are in private content here, I will email you separately with latest version of enfold, which I have already uploaded to their theme folder via ftp.

    Hey, hold off on this for now, we are going to migrate this site to a new server because it’s running so slow.. let’s see if that helps resolve the problem.
