    Trying to update from dashboard and enfold child options and get following error:
    Errors occurred checking on 2021/03/05 11:22:

    Download Package URL: Errorcode 403 returned by Envato: Forbidden:
    – response_code: 403
    – reason: scope-missing
    Download Package URL: A problem occurred accessing your download link. Unable to perform update.

    Following Envato package errors occurred:

    Enfold – Request for Download URL failed.

    My other enfoid site updated fine https://markpostlae.com

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. I checked your token, and it seems to be working as it should. The update is showing up if you select to check manually under Enfold->Theme Update.

    Thank you for checking but I still cannot update get this error message:
    An error occurred while updating Enfold: Update package not available.
    Would you please see if you can update?

    Tried to update by FTP but got error to check email but got no email and could not login to woodruffway.com dashboard. I had renamed enfold theme so changed name back to enfold and site working but still cannot update.

    Sorry for the late reply. We can try to update manually for you, the login token you posted has expired though. Please update it, or post regular login details in private. Also please include FTP login details.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the login details, and sorry again for the late reply. The update indication seems to be working as it should now, but when I try to actually update, I get the same error as you did. I’m not sure why that is unfortunately, but I’m guessing that it’s a server setting which is blocking the update.

    We can install the new version manually for you instead. If you want us to do that, then please include FTP login details in private as well, and verify that you have backups of the site.
