I’ve been using Enfold for years. I love it. Bought a new licence today to redevelop an old website.
A problem I’ve never encountered before. Tried to enter api key and it loaded but it would not save. No then options would save. I’ve seen some people say this is a security conflict, others say other things. I asked Godaddy to look into it as we have another site using another theme where we have lots of broken images. In the enfold theme site even the gravatar default profile picture in the top right corner is broken. Something isn’t right.
Godaddy say it’s the theme or plug-ins or content. I say it’s a server configuration and they disagree and won’t do more. They say to speak to you of course.
I don’t want to reinstall WordPress because all content is there.
Can you suggest anything I can do?
Thank you

Thanks for the link to your site but it is not loading, please check the url to ensure that it is correct.
Quite some time ago Envato Theme Forest stopped using the API and now uses a Token so I assume that your theme is quite old and probably doesn’t work correctly with the latest WordPress, but I won’t know until I can examine.
Are you able to login to your site?
Dose the frontend load?
Please include an admin login in the Private Content area so we can check, you will most likely need to manually update to the latest version.Best regards,

Thanks for the login, I see that you are using v5.4 that uses the Token.
I tried setting your homepage in the theme options and found that you have “mixed content” errors because your
WordPress ▸ Settings ▸ General ▸ Site Address
WordPress ▸ Settings ▸ General ▸ WordPress Address
are both using http instead of https
I tried to correct but now I’m getting the error ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS please try clearing your server cache and your browser cache and then check again. If you are using a CDN please clear that cache also.Best regards,
