    I just purchased the Enfold theme and I am unable to customize the theme. I am unable to save any options, including the Envato Token.
    I tried both http:// and https:// neither worked. Tried the child theme. No luck.

    I saw all the hype about this theme working with MembershipWorks. I don’t get how that is even possible if I can’t save anything.

    It’s now causing a critical error on my website.

    Help!

    Hey jenellel,

    Thanks for the login details. I’m only seeing a WordPress error as well, so I can’t login to your site. Please share FTP login details with us as well, so that we can try to deactivate Enfold, to see if that makes any difference. If you have server logs, then please share those with us as well.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. The FTP login details are working, but I’m only seeing an empty folder once I’m logged in, and there’s no way of navigating away from it. Could you check the permissions for the account please?

    Hi Rikard – It looks like it was a Firewall issue that the site wasn’t allowed to be saved on the server. Then there were other issues that it seems were fixed. If I have other concerns as I customize the site, I will let you know.

    Hi Rikard – I am able to save changes in the options now, but I am unable to create, save, and publish new pages.

    Here is the error message: Publishing failed. The response is not a valid JSON response.

    Hi Rikard –
    I was able to finally figure this out as well, I had to disable the block editor after installing and activating the classic editor plugin.
    I’m hoping we are good now!
