Hello!
I’m trying to publish a post that does not include the feature image on the post itself, however there is not option to remove the feature image from an individual post in the new version of WP editor (that I can see).
If I try to click on Advanced Layout Editor to find a way in there, I get an error message that says “You got content in your editor that can’t be convert to Layout Builder content. Click OK if you want to proceed and lose this content.”
So, I’m stuck! Can you please help? I just want to removed featured image from the top of the blog post.
Using 5.0.3 WordPress and 4.5.2 Enfold.February 23, 2019 at 8:11 am #1070620Hey onegirlrtw,
What happens if you select to use the Classic Editor in the main page of the theme options?
Best regards,
RikardFebruary 23, 2019 at 5:35 pm #1070701Hi Rikard,
I selected the Classic Editor and went back into the post. There is still no option in the featured image sidebar box to deselect showing the image on the individual post. I only have the option to add a feature image or remove a feature image. (I have also updated the Enfold theme to 4.5.4, sorry about not updating sooner as I had an old API and the page was telling me that I was running the latest version).
In checking some other recent threads on this same topic, I tried to change value of header_transparency to 0 however that option deletes my post title AND the header image in the post. I don’t want the post title deleted. I couldn’t seem to find any other check boxes to select.
Is there a way to remove the header image still?
Thank you!

I am pretty sure there is a way to remove the header image for your blog posts in general.
I would try it with some custom CSS. In order to do that, I would have to see the issue on the website.EDIT: Try this inside the Enfold Quick CSS field:
.big-preview img { display: none; }
Could you please share the URL here?
Thanks

February 25, 2019 at 10:22 pm #1071490Hi Michael,
Thanks for your input. I checked a similar thread on this topic and found this CSS to work correctly:
.post-entry .big-preview{ display: none !important; }
Hopefully it may help someone else with the same issue.
Thank you!
