cannot register for the forum

I’ve been trying to register for the forum for 24 hours so I can get the access key and update my copy of the Enfold theme but have yet to receive an email granting me access. I have also been unable to find any other way of contacting your company to address this concern. Hoping you can help me, thanks so much,
