Cannot Register Account

Hello,

I joined a company recently that is using the Enfold theme on their website. The theme was purchased in 2016 and we’ve had a new website managers come-and-go since then.

I just tried to register a support account using the purchase code from the initial purchase. I was asked to submit my email address (it’s the same email as above), but I didn’t receive any email to verify the account.

Please advise?
