    I have inherit a website that is build based of Enfold and I am having some issues where the Avia Layout Builder is not appearing.
    How could I get access to the support site.
    Do I have to rebuy the Theme again or?

    Hey Camangery,

    Do you have access to the Themeforest account which was used to purchase your license? If not, then I would recommend that you purchase your own license. If you don’t have access to the theme files, then you cannot update or access the theme files. Once you have a license, then you can register on our support forum using your purchase code.

    Hi,

    Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (6.0.8) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/. Also make sure that you have registered your theme license: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/

    Rikard,
    I followed all your suggestions, but I’m still experiencing the same issue. When I try to edit a page, the Avia Layout Builder briefly appears, then disappears. Switching to the Default Editor only shows a blank page, and if I proceed that way, I’d lose all the existing content. Could you please help?

    I have found it is my user.
    Others user load the Avia Layout Builder

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. Could you try creating a new user to see if that helps? You could then attribute all content which was created with the old user to the new one.
