    Our client’s site just crashed with ALL of these out of nowhere, with no support:

    As I replied to your review on ThemeForest, updating the theme to the latest version 4.8.6.2 would fix the issue – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/. You are currently using a very old version of Enfold which is not compatible with your WordPress version.

    To avoid having incompatibility issues in future, please generate a Personal Token and insert it in Enfold theme options – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#how-to-generate-a-envato-personal-token so you can receive theme updates in WordPress dashboard.

    Actually, I downloaded that, and updated and it CRASHED. I had to go into the Godaddy hosting to retrieve earlier database and files.

    Please create temporary FTP and WP admin logins and post them here privately so we can look into it :) Warnings you shared above are related to using an old version.
