    Hi,
    I have registered today for a new period of support via envato market for my enfold theme. I have lost my login credentials, and have requested new password, with valid username. Got notice that new password is sent to connected email address, but this doesn’t arrive.

    I need support with problem of downloading Enfold update, which does not succeed due to URL not supported
