cannot log into account

I just created a new account with my themeforest purchase code. I have a question with the blog post element. I tried to reset my password even though I never created a password because I was not asked while linking with envato/themeforest. I never received an email from you to reset my password. It’s not in spam either. Now I cannot login to create a support ticket for my issue.
