    Hi,
    I set up a simple page for the blog by using one page of the the dummy data for blogs and gave it a separate name. The side only contains the content element for block entries. Then I wrote an article and it’s showing up. So far, everything is fine. But then I have seen, that I’ve forgot to link my blog page under Theme Options. When I now select the page I ‘ve build for the blog, the blog will not show up anymore. Even when I take a completely new blank page, name it blog and link it in Theme Options, my article will not show up anymore.

    Can I go with the first solution (Page with content element for blog entries) or is this the wrong way that leads to problems afterwards?

    Hi Frank!

    Thank you for using Enfold.

    You can set the Blog Style to “Use Advance Layout builder..” on Enfold > Blog Layout panel. Make sure that you set the blog page on Theme Options > Where do you want to display blog? setting. After that, you can use the advance layout builder to build your blog page. If you want to show the articles, insert the Blog Posts element.

    Hi Ismal, thank you.
    I have done so. To make sure to anything, I wrote an article before.

    Again the 2 ways.
    Way 1
    1. I set up a complete new, blank page and call it Blog
    2. I set this page in Theme settings as Blog
    3. I enable the Advance Layout builder on the page and insert the Blog Post element
    4. I choose the respective category
    Result: completely white page when clicking it in the frontend

    Way 2:
    1. I made a copy from dummy content “Single Blog Post”
    2. Rename it
    4. Choose the categories
    Result: Everything’s fine, I can see my article and the respective sidebars

    5. Going back to theme setting and choose these site as “Blog”
    Result: completely white page when clicking it in the frontend

    Turn off the Theme setting and the side is back again. So, therefore my question:

    1. Can i ignore that blogpage in theme settings is NOT set or what disadvantages will that have?
    2. What could be the reason, both sides, the new one and the copied one, are looking completely identical to me?

    Hey Frank!

    Please review your site, i was able to set the “Genießer-Blog” as the Blog in the theme options without losing the page.
