    Hi,
    Why I follow all steps in your documentation to import a Shop demo, but it does not look like on the live site???
    I am not saying about the product images!!! When I try with an older version of Enfold (4.7) with old WooCommerce (3.6.3) and old WordPress(5.2.2), the Demo import works perfectly 100%!
    But Demo import does not work correctly with the latest Enfold(4.8.8) on WordPress 5.8.2 & WooCommerce 5.1.2

    Hi, why do you not answer??? Is it the way you support the customers that purchased your theme?!!! No reply for 24 hours!!! Cannot understand!

    Hi,
    Thank you for your patience, I tested installing the Shop Demo on my localhost and on a live webhost and didn’t encounter and issues on either, I do note that the WooCommerce 5.1.2 should be updated as v6.0.0 is the current version.
    When you say the Demo import does not work correctly, do you mean it totally fails? Do you get an error message? What does your localhost error logs say?

    Why it says here https://themeforest.net/item/enfold-responsive-multipurpose-theme/4519990, compatible with latest WooCommerce is 5.1.x???

    I don’t believe that is your issue, I was offering something you could try to help.
    When you say the Demo import does not work correctly, do you mean it totally fails? Do you get an error message? What does your localhost error logs say?
