Cannot get onto your forum for support

I have the enfold theme, but cannot get onto your forum for support. When I try to retrieve my password it says that a new password has been sent, but it never arrives. When I attempt to recover it with my email address it says the email address is not registered, but when I try to register it says the email address is already registered.
