    Hi,

    This is not really a pre-sale question since I have currently 3 regular licenses of Enfold that I bought at Envato and I have 6 months support remaining.
    But I simply cannot find where I can open a topic when logged into my account at kriesi.at …

    My problem is that I cannot get a self-hosted video to play. I only see the fallback image or a black screen if I remove the fallback image.
    What am I doing wrong ?
    The video is supposed to be playing on top of the home page.

    Hey Philppe,

    The video in the first section on your front page is loading fine on my end, did you try loading the page in an incognito window?

    Thank you for your reply.
    Sorry, the button was so big that I didn’t notice it :-)

    And yes the video is playing now. I found the solution. I was exporting to the web from QuickTime Player and it gave me a .m4v file that was not recognized. I just renamed it .mp4 and it worked.
