I have a site that recently went LIVE – a day after we launched it i logged onto WordPress as an Admin to make some necessary text changes and to our surprise we are not able to see our text ; let alone modify it; when opening ANY text block on ANY page (via Avia Layout Builder) we are getting the following error message.

“It seems you are currently adding some HTML markup or other special characters. Once all HTML tags are closed the preview will be available again. If this message persists please check your input for special characters and try to remove them.”

As mentioned this site is LIVE and we are very concerned because
    1) all the html content is NOW displaying first when opening a page to edit it / we have to stroll all the way to the bottom of the page to even see the Avia Layout section
    2) What special characters is the error message referring to???
    3) How can we fix this issue and move on??
    4) Is this a common issue with the Enfold Theme? Is it a WordPress issue or maybe an Avia Issue?

I have no problem creating temp admin acct if you would like to see what we are seeing (just let me knowsomewthing)

    Hey Dra,
I took a look at your site and see that you are using Enfold 4.5, this issue had a couple of work arounds to solve, but today we released the patch for this and a couple of other issue. Please update to v4.5.2

    Hi,
That is great news, unless there is anything else we can help with on this issue, shall we close this then?

    Best regards,
    Mike
