    Hello,

    I have a strange problem, if I tried to change the content of eg. a text element, upon saving nothing happens.
    Normally the elements closes then and after save the changes are in effect.
    Now I cannot change anything on the homepage this way, changes to other pages ARE possible.
    I have really no idea what to do or how come.
    Please your help.
    (disabling plugs does not solve anything)

    Details in PC area.

    Hey badoes,

    Thanks for the login details. Could you try to copy the shortcode over to a new page to see if it starts working then? If not then try to delete things one by one, for instance your custom code, to see what could be breaking the Layout Builder.

    Hi,

    Copy shortcode to new page moves the issues.
    Solves nothing.
    Also what I see it I edit the text element and try to save it it jumps to the text tab of that element.

    Hi,

    This issue is ‘solved’ by fully recreating the page.
    Copying the page or code did not solve anything, so we end up recreating it.

    We suspect content manager to have pasted Word created content into the page containing (double) rich markup like <span> and a like. Cleaning up the markup did not work, but we know those section containing it caused issues. No error reproducable only the effect.

    Hi,

    Great, I’m glad you got it reworked at least. Pre-formatted text can some times cause problems in the builder unfortunately. I’ll close this thread for now then, please open a new thread if you should have any further questions or problems.
