When I try to edit any page on my site, I’m just getting the spinning circle in the edit window. When I click on default editor nothing happens. WP, theme and all plugins are up to date, I’ve disabled all plugins, and I’ve tried it in Chrome, Safari and Firefox. REALLY frustrating as it means I can’t update my site!! HELP!
June 4, 2015 at 9:29 pm #454743I am having the same problem. We are developing a new site and did the upgrade from 3.1 to 3.2. Now the layout builder editor no longer works.
p.s: we are using a child theme.June 4, 2015 at 9:31 pm #454744Fixed: – Refresh your browser cache.
June 4, 2015 at 10:16 pm #454771Thanks for the response – unfortunately I’d already tried this, and it didn’t work. Tried it again just to check, but no joy, just sitting there with a spinning circle…close, but no cigar…
June 4, 2015 at 10:33 pm #454781I am having the same problem. After upgrading to 3.2 the avia layout builder elements have disapearred from the Page edit mode. This has occured on 3 of the sites I manage. I roll the site back to 3.1.5 and the avia layout builder elements work again in the Page edit.
June 4, 2015 at 10:44 pm #454786I should also add the the 3 problem sites are hosted at WPEngine. All of the other sites I manage are hosted at a different ISP and those sites work fine on 3.2
June 5, 2015 at 7:08 am #454952Hi!
Thank you for using Enfold.
After updating to Enfold 3.2, try to purge the cache if you have a cache plugin or any server cache. Test it on another browser. Version 3.2 works fine on our installation so it’s either a third party plugin or something in your server that is causing the issue.
Best regards,
IsmaelJune 5, 2015 at 9:53 am #455020Thank you for your reply, but as I’ve explained above, the theme is up to date, I’ve cleared the caches, I’ve tried numerous browsers, a PC and a MAC, and I’ve updated and deactivated ALL plugins. This has not solved the problem, please help.

June 6, 2015 at 6:46 am #455394Hey!
Could you try to overwrite your theme files with a fresh copy from Themeforest via FTP to see if that helps? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
