    Hello please help with major 2 issues below:

    1. while Im able to drag my saved template – Im NOT ABLE to drop it!!

    2. After editing the page and saving it – some content disappeared and everything gets rearranged.

    Please help asap – i love enfold – but its the first time this ever happened.

    tried safari, chrome – same issue..

    Hey Boria20000,

    I created a test page and it’s working on my end. Just a note; you don’t have to drop it, simply click it and it should load onto your page.

    How can we reproduce the error of disappearing content?

    Hello, thanks for your reply!

    I looked at the test page you have created – and i noticed an error below:

    When i try to edit a word in the element of the icon list – i hit save – and it does not let me save it – it freezes !

    Why is this happening ?

    Please help!!!!

    That properly closed would look like this:

    Why <u>choose</u> Us -

    That is generally what causes the builder to break, so please try to look through your content for any open markup.

    Hi,

    What you are tyring to do is actually modify and make HTML inside the elements.
    That is something WordPress does not allow to be done. The best case scenario is to make a shortcode and then load the shortcode with your HTML
    That will save any of the issues.

    Sir – Im not trying to modify any html – I’m not even sure what that is – nor i have the knowledge to do that….

    All im trying to do is to change a word in the element of that icon list – and after making that change – it simply doesn’t let me save it – please try it yourself and advise…

    Hi,

    I’m really sorry about this, I can see the problems on the page, I’m not sure what exactly what is going wrong though. It seems to be related to the markup you have added in your content. Could you try to start fresh on a new page and try not to use any markup at all in your content? After you see that it’s working, then you can begin to add styling.
