    Morning!

    I’m trying to connect the enfold token and am getting the following error:

    “Could not connect to the internet. Please reload the page and try again”

    I have tried everything, and always the same result.
    – reload page
    – delete token & generate new token

    Can I get some help?

    Thanks for the login details. I see that you haven’t added a token under Enfold->Theme Update. Please follow this guide: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/

    Thanks for the update. I’m getting the same problem as Victoria is after logging in unfortunately, I’m only seeing a blank white page?

    OK… after you mentioned seeing the blank page, it occurred to me that maybe the plugin was causing this issue also. So I temporarily removed the plugin that was causing the blank page, then attempted to put the token in again, and it worked.

    So you fixed it without even knowing. That’s how good you guys are. :)
