    Hi
I am using enfold for more than a year. As of yesterday, I cannot change images !
My wordpress is updated to version 5.1 and I updated Enfold to version 4.5.4.
When I have a media element and want to include a new image or when I want to change an image, the ‘insert image’ button does not do anything.
Also, when I have a text box with text in it and I open it, the text is not visible.
    Please help.

    Hey Pascal,

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

    Hi Nikko,
I created an account for you, you should have had a mail about this. If not, info is supplied below.
Hope this is enough information, if not, let me know.

    Hi Pascal,

Thanks for that, could you please post the password in private as well? Otherwise it won’t be available to all moderators.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi
I am sorry, thought you would get an e-mail with the password. Hereby …
Could you please respond somewhat faster, not once a day. Otherwise it may take quite long to solve this, and I really have to change things on the website.
    Thanks, Pascal

    Hi,

Thanks for that, though the login details are not working. Could you check and verify please?

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi again,

About your problem; it’s likely due to a plugin conflict. Could you try to deactivate all plugins to see if that changes anything please?

    Best regards,
    Rikard

That is always your default answer, not?

I am really disappointed that it takes two days for you to answer and then I only get a very general answer like this. Not helpful at all!

    Hi,

No it’s not, if this was a general problem then we would be able to give you a solution or explanation. But that is not the case so then all we can do is general debugging. If you don’t like what we are asking you to do then maybe you could do it yourself? The web is full of answers.

Also, how on earth can we help you out if you can’t even provide us with working login details, then come back without login details and pointing fingers at us for not doing a good job? Keep a nicer tone from now on when asking for help.

    Best regards,
    Rikard
