Cannot add licence key of theme to website backend dashboard

Hi I am trying to re-add my theme license code to my site redmonddigitalmarketing.com.au

I purchased the theme a few years back from theme forrest and it seems to not be showing the code in my wp dashboard

In the section for theme updates, it is asking for a valid license token: I have redownloaded my license key from theme forrest and tried to add it

After I add it and refresh the screen it is showing the following errors:

Last time we checked the token we were not able to connected to Envato:

Purchases could not be accessed
Username could not be accessed (needed for your information only)
E-Mail could not be accessed (needed for your information only)
Following errors occured:

Purchases: Your private token is invalid.
username Your private token is invalid.
email Your private token is invalid.
Purchases: A problem occured accessing your purchases. Unable to check for updates.
