We are trying to add an image using avia media element “image”. If we select full size (702 x 281) the builder shows a broken link, and nothing is visible on the page when viewed.
If we select any other size option, the image displays properly, except of course, it’s too small.I feel like this must be a WP 4.5 compatibility bug, as the problem started since that upgrade. Thanks for you help!

Activate the default WordPress theme and check if you can upload images via Media > Add new, if the issue persists then it’s a server issue.

The thumbnail selection in your installation is a bit limited. There should be at least 12 thumbnails available there. Why do you have a popup_elements function in the child theme’s functions.php file?

IsmaelI had placed that there with advice here on the forums. I just removed that section from functions.php but still no luck. I can select any of the sizes, but full size does not work, all other sizes do.
As a workaround I decided to try placing an easy slider media element, but this also does not render as visible on the live page.
What else can I try?
