Hallo, how can I show an image ora modify the layout (I use grid in category or tag page) of the search result page?

Featured images are not available on search pages by default. You have to modify the search template. Please refer to this link: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/add-featured-image-to-search-results/#post-249161
