    How can i cancel the automatic email notifications i getting every time someone wants to post a comment in my website blog?

    Hey Omer!

    Please go to Settings > Discussion and uncheck it under “E-mail me whenever”

    Thanks for your help! one last thing: is there any option to add captcha filed to the blog post comment? im getting a lot of trash comments.

    You can find some plugins in the plugin repository – i.e. http://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-recaptcha/
