    Hi there,

    If I use a masonry gallery, can I also use the picture to link to a page?
    Now the picture is displayed larger.

    See: https://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-church/about/ministries/

    Hey bishstan,

    If it is a masonry the links to the items will be there, if it the masonry gallery, the images will not be linked to the items.

    Best regards,
    Victoria

    Hello Victoria,

    I see it now.
    Is there a possibility to only view the title without a date?
    If you only choose title, you will also see the date.
    To not see the date you have to choose “do not show either”, but then you will not see a title.

    Another question:
    How do you get 2 photos side by side with a button below, such as on the homepage: http://maastrichtvooriedereen.nl.transurl.nl.
    And then everything must stay in the same field with the sidebar next to it.
    Everything on the left must remain nice in the white field and not below gray and then white again.

    Is it a bit clear?

    I have really tried everything.

    Hi,

    Where do you want to position those? For example you can add 2 columns and add them there, or you can use a float left class which you can use for the buttons.

    Best regards,
    Basilis

    Hello,

    What do you mean by “or you can use a float left class which you can use for the buttons”, I do not understand.

    I have created a page http://maastrichtvooriedereen.nl.transurl.nl/test-enfold/ in which I show what I mean.
    The 2 blocks must appear in the white field directly below the text

    I send credentials and maybe you can / may you place it in the right way so that I can see how to do this.
    Thanks in advance and regards Tom

    Hi,

    I do not see the buttons placed anywhere in this page, can u please add them so we can review?

    Best regards,

    I have created a page http://maastrichtvooriedereen.nl.transurl.nl/test-enfold/ in which I show what I mean.
    The 2 blocks must appear in the white field directly below the text

    At the bottom (scroll down) of the page you see 2 photos with a button attached to it.
    Both photos and the buttons must come directly below the text. Now they are a long way from it.
    Can you do that for me?

    Is it a bit clear now?

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

    You may need to use a text block and insert the columns containing the images using their actual shortcodes inside a text or code block element. They are currently situated below the 1/3 column or the sidebar. Why do you have to insert the sidebar manually?

    The shortcode may look something like this:

    [av_one_half first  min_height='' vertical_alignment='' space='' row_boxshadow='' row_boxshadow_color='' row_boxshadow_width='10' custom_margin='' margin='0px' mobile_breaking='' border='' border_color='' radius='0px' padding='0px' column_boxshadow='' column_boxshadow_color='' column_boxshadow_width='10' background='bg_color' background_color='' background_gradient_color1='' background_gradient_color2='' background_gradient_direction='vertical' src='' background_position='top left' background_repeat='no-repeat' highlight='' highlight_size='' animation='' link='' linktarget='' link_hover='' title_attr='' alt_attr='' mobile_display='' id='' custom_class='' aria_label='' av_uid='']

    [av_image src='http://site.com/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/images/placeholder.jpg' caption='' font_size='' appearance='' overlay_opacity='0.4' overlay_color='#000000' overlay_text_color='#ffffff' copyright='' styling='' align='center' hover='' animation='no-animation' link='' target='' av-desktop-hide='' av-medium-hide='' av-small-hide='' av-mini-hide='' id='' custom_class='' av_element_hidden_in_editor='0' av_uid=''][/av_image]

    [/av_one_half][av_one_half  min_height='' vertical_alignment='' space='' row_boxshadow='' row_boxshadow_color='' row_boxshadow_width='10' custom_margin='' margin='0px' mobile_breaking='' border='' border_color='' radius='0px' padding='0px' column_boxshadow='' column_boxshadow_color='' column_boxshadow_width='10' background='bg_color' background_color='' background_gradient_color1='' background_gradient_color2='' background_gradient_direction='vertical' src='' background_position='top left' background_repeat='no-repeat' highlight='' highlight_size='' animation='' link='' linktarget='' link_hover='' title_attr='' alt_attr='' mobile_display='' id='' custom_class='' aria_label='' av_uid='']

    [av_image src='http://site.com/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/images/placeholder.jpg' caption='' font_size='' appearance='' overlay_opacity='0.4' overlay_color='#000000' overlay_text_color='#ffffff' copyright='' styling='' align='center' hover='' animation='no-animation' link='' target='' av-desktop-hide='' av-medium-hide='' av-small-hide='' av-mini-hide='' id='' custom_class='' av_element_hidden_in_editor='0' av_uid=''][/av_image]

    [/av_one_half]

    Hello Ismael

    Sorry, I don’t understand a thing.
    Can you not build it in the page itself, so I can see what you mean. That would be great.
    See: http://maastrichtvooriedereen.nl.transurl.nl/test-enfold/

    I also placed the question in a separate post, since it no longer really belongs in this post

    Below the link to that other post (and the answer from Mike).

    I have placed the sidebar on every page like this. If I remove it and set it at page level, it doesn’t matter. Photo blocks are still at the bottom.

    Really hope you can help me.
    Tom

    Hi,

    Thank you for following up.

    To help you better understand the concept, we save the content of the page as template and used that same template in a test page. We also enabled the debug mode so that we can extract the shortcode of the images with the button. After that, we appended a code block element inside the first 2/3 column and placed the shortcodes inside. Please check the private field.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Hello Ismael,

    It works now, great. Thanks for all your effort.

    You enabled the debug mode. Can you turn that on or off somewhere (now you see that on every page)? Or should that be done, as I have read, in the config file? (see below).
    ——————————
    To do this, you need to enable the debug field for the Advanced Layout Builder. Adding the following to your child’s theme functions.php will do that:

    // set builder mode to debug
    addcore (‘avia_builder_mode’, “builder_set_debug”);
    function builder_set_debug ()
    {
      return “debug”;
    }
    You should now see a new field under the Advanced Layout Builder with the live output of the elements as you add them using the drag and drop interface. Just be careful of editing things in that field as there are no checks or automatic corrections for missing punctuation or code.

    If you are not using a child theme you need to add the above function after this line in the theme functions.php:

    if (isset ($ avia_config [‘use_child_theme_functions_only’])) return;
    ——————————
    If I understand correctly, you will see the entire page in code in the large field at the bottom of the page. So you must always stay away from that !! You can make the changes in the code block.

    Regards Tom

    Hi,

    Thank you for following up.

    Yes, you can disable the debug mode and remove the shortcodes field in the advance layout builder by removing that snippet from the functions.php file.

    Best regards,
    Ismael
