    Hello support,

    Since I have updated to the latest version, I can no longer see my content in WP (latest version as well) Edit View…
    I thought reading a few days ago something on this issue somewhere, but cannot find it anymore…
    Would you help me please?

    Hi phdsigns!

    Send us a WordPress login and take a screenshot highlighting the exact element your having issues with.

    Be sure to deactivate all plugins while testing.

    Hello Elliot,

    On the video you will be able to see where my issue resides…

    Notes: You can see the content on the front end…
    When you go to edit whatever page, everything is empty, in both, Default editor and advanced…
    All plugins have been disabled…
    Check the “word count” in editor mode, before the auto-save quicks in, we have x numbers of words, once the auto-save quicks in, the “word count” goes to zero…

    Hi,

    Looking at your About page I can see the content fine in the backend, could you try to empty your browser cache and reload a few times? That should help as it’s most likely a caching issue.
