The person that purchased our enfold theme is no longer at our company and we do not have any idea where our purchase key is. we want to update but we can’t. please help.
Hey Eric Rutin,
The update to the latest version has to be done manually unfortunately, so that means you would have to download it from your Themeforest account. If you don’t have access to that or if you can’t get your purchase information from the person who bought it, then it might be a good idea to purchase a new license.
